Pribta Clinic has a fully equipped, in-house laboratory, able to analyze results accurately and report results in a timely manner. Helps save waiting time for lab results/reports so our clients can receive treatment in a timely manner if an abnormality is detected.

Pribta Tangerine Polyclinic Laboratory primarily offers high-quality laboratory services relating to STIs screening and treatment. All of our customers are treated equally and sensitively, free from social stigma or discrimination.

In addition, we also offer integrated health and wellness services which include chemistry, immunology, hematology, microscopy, microbiology, molecular biology and RT-PCR tests for COVID-19. Every step of the process is of a high standard, from collecting specimens to performing analyses and reporting accredited laboratory results.

ตรวจหาจำนวนเม็ดเลือดขาว CD4

ตรวจหาปริมาณเม็ดเลือดขาว CD4 โดยการเจาะเลือด สำหรับผู้ที่อยู่ร่วมกับ HIV หากมีระดับ CD 4 ต่ำกว่า 200 จะทำให้มีโอกาสติดเชื้อฉวยโอกาสได้ง่าย เนื่องจากอยู่ในภาวะภูมิคุ้มกันบกพร่อง และหากผู้ที่อยู่ร่วมกับ HIV ได้รับยาต้านไวรัสต่อเนื่องจะมีค่า CD4 คงที่อยู่ที่ระดับ 500-600

Initial mental health and depression screening /counseling and psychological assessment services by psychiatrists and counselors who specialize in gender diversity including referral services for treatment in the hospital system or treatment.

Other Services

Liver function test to check the readiness of those who take any medication continued for a period of time.
If abnormal liver values ​​are detected, the physician will advise and adjust the guidelines for taking that medication further.

Should be checked every 3 months in the first year or every 6 months in the following year or as recommended by the physician.

Kidney function test to check the readiness of those who take any medication continued for a period of time.

Vaccination Services

Get vaccinated to boost hepatitis A immunity. Immunity testing is recommended before vaccination. (Choose from many types of tests according to the physician’s recommendation)

1. Vaccinate 2 doses 6 months apart without having to repeat the blood test after vaccination.
2. If the patient does not come for the next vaccination as scheduled, the treatment plan can continu without having to start over
3. People living with HIV can be vaccinated.

Check for immunity before Hepatitis vaccination. You can choose to check through a number of methods, including:
1. Long-term Immunization Test (Anti-HAV IgG). The test will be positive if you have been vaccinated or treated for Hepatitis A .
2. Anti-HAV IgM test is administered by the physician to check in patients with suspected disease, which will be positive in case of acute infection.
3. Combine both types of immunity. If the results show that they are immune, there is no need for vaccination.
